Check Chrome hardware settings
Reps frequently forget to allow Ytel access to microphone. Simple problem but extremely common.



Clear browser cache frequently

Ytel heavily relies on browser cache for storing inbound numbers and outbound calls. Large cache sizes interferes with quality of Ytel and can cause frequent call failure and call quality deterioration. Ytel recommends clearing cache every couple of days. All AZ reps run Ytel through Chrome shortcut that opens Ytel in an Incognito window which clears cache upon closure.


Disable exclusive mode on headset if you experience volume or call quality issues

Exclusive mode allows software to take priority on the audio drivers. Disabling it ensures Shoretel or other audio playback will not interfere with Ytel.
