POWER off the machine Main power switch is inside the machine. Keep the sub power switch on one located on the side of the control panel. Now hold down Utility/Counter button and turn on main power close cabinet then wait for trouble reset Touch it get OK then power off WAIT TEN SECONDS then power up IF IT COMES BACK DO NOT RESET IT. IT IS BROKE AND MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THAT. THIS CODE deal with the FUSER (Hot part) Can catch fire!
